Window Replacement

We install Andersen windows using a full-frame replacement process. That means we remove your existing window all the way down to the rough opening, inspect for rot, moisture damage, or insulation issues, and install a brand-new Andersen window from scratch. Full-frame replacement ensures a weathertight fit, better energy efficiency, and a longer lifespan than insert replacement. Patio Door Replacement

We replace sliding and French patio doors with durable, energy-efficient units from Andersen and ProVia. Whether you want a classic sliding door to maximize your view, or the elegance of a French door that opens wide to your deck or patio, we will match the right product to your home and ensure a weathertight installation from day one. All patio door installations include proper threshold and hardware adjustments.

How Every Project Works: Our Two-Visit Consultation Model

Visit 1: Discovery & On-Site Estimate Range (90 minutes). We come to your home, walk through every opening — interior and exterior — and measure each one. We talk through your priorities, pain points, timeline, and budget range. Before we leave, we hand you a written same-day estimate range so you have real numbers in hand. No pressure to decide. No manager call-ins. No “today-only” pricing.

Between visits, we build your firm, opening-by-opening project price — including trim and finish work — and prepare a complete written proposal with scope, pricing, lead time, payment schedule, warranty terms, and a contract ready for signature.

Visit 2: Proposal Review & Contract (60 minutes). We return within 48 hours to walk through the written proposal page by page, answer every question, and make any final scope adjustments. If you are ready to move forward, we sign the contract and collect a 50% deposit. There is no pressure to decide faster than you want to. We ask for the order clearly and directly, then we give you the space to make the right decision for your home.

Our Written Guarantees

The Walk-Through Satisfaction Guarantee. Final payment (10% balance) is not due until you have walked through the completed installation and signed off that you are satisfied. If any item is flagged at walk-through, we scope it in writing, correct it, and verify it before we invoice the final balance. We do not bill and come back later — we fix it, then we invoice.

The Install Date Guarantee. Once product ships and we confirm your install date in writing, we commit to it. If we miss the confirmed install date by more than 7 calendar days for any reason within our control, you receive a $500 credit off your balance — documented in the contract.

The Northcrest Care Package

When you sign at Visit 2, every Northcrest project includes the Northcrest Care Package — a $2,000 value added at no charge. The Care Package includes exterior window cleaning twice per year for 2 years (4 cleanings total) and an annual installation inspection for 2 years.
